Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Once we hand off your package to the delivery carrier, its journey is out of our control. If, for some unfortunate reason, your package gets lost, stolen, or cannot be delivered, please contact the delivery carrier for more details or to file a claim. We also recommend checking your property or with your neighbors to help locate the package. That said, we're here to help you out as much as we can! We can provide tracking details, shipping address and so forth.
Damaged Product
We ensure that every product we ship is thoroughly inspected through our quality control process to assure customers are to be satisfied with their order. If you feel that you received a damaged/faulty product, kindly email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@minisonss.com and attach a photo of the product, along with your order number so that we may best assist you.
